We began with one idea—to serve plates that feel familiar yet inspired, simple yet satisfying. From bright breakfasts and hearty brunches to colourful Mediterranean plates, oven-baked pizzas, and handmade pasta, every dish carries warmth, care, and flavour.

As the day unfolds, lunches blend into dinners filled with laughter, wine, and comfort. You’ll find favourites such as Chicken Milanese, seafood linguine, and traditional lasagne, cooked fresh to order and served with charm. Our drinks follow the same spirit—crisp wines, cold beers, and cocktails that turn a meal into a memory.

Mario leads our kitchen with warmth, passion, and over twenty-five years of experience in Mediterranean cuisine. His journey began in Hove, where his family ran beloved local restaurants such as Fresco. He later honed his craft at Mama Mia on Preston Street before bringing his family’s legacy of fresh pasta and Italian tradition to Brighton.

At Loro’s, Mario combines his deep knowledge of Mediterranean flavours with Brighton’s modern food culture. Every dish reflects his philosophy—simple ingredients, honest cooking, and the joy of sharing a good meal.
